This was my first improvisation when unleashed in the magnificent Dartington Great Hall on a residency in April/May 2021. The huge stone fireplace had been unused in a long while and I had the impression that I and my music were part of a great awakening there, along with the small number of other students there in the first year of Dartington Arts School reopening...
